Jared Berg - MS, RDN, CSCS

When Jared discovered in college that he could build a career helping motivated people get the most from their bodies through fitness and athletics, he signed right up!  After finishing a BS degree in Kinesiology at the University of Minnesota, he quickly began working with marathon runners, nordic skiers, triathletes, cyclists, and even an Olympic luge athlete.  Jared continued working with amateur and professional athletes. He even enjoyed competing as a professional triathlete and mountain biker at the turn of the millennium before starting as an Exercise Physiologist for CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center.  AT CUSMPC, he helped many top professionals and amateurs in the triathlon, cycling, running, and mountaineering worlds use physiological insight to excel in their sports.  In 2022 Jared completed a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics at MSU Denver and recently finished his Dietetic Internship at Boulder Community Hospital and earned his Registered Dietitian credentials.

In his spare time, you will find Jared in the wild trail running or mountain biking with his family and friends or in the kitchen refining his barista and latte art skills!
